Beirut is one of the bands which I have really wanted to see live for a long time. While they drew a large crowd of fans to the Main Stage that afternoon, I still wish I could have seem them play in a smaller intimate setting. Their music just seems more suited for a house show, or playing in the backyard with lots of gin being passed around and everyone enjoying themselves.

They did play a couple new songs from the forthcoming record which supposedly has more Spanish influences.
